And answering my own questions... So on Saturday i lined up at 6am with excitement and anticipation of the 53miles ahead. I love the Fling...

Everyone has different hopes & dreams. For me this year it was to finish the race running, to run every step I could and not get injured... -
Not today, i did that yesterday! ;) Actually, i *have* been resting this week, no doublers , just running shorter distances to work and bus...
