I'll need to find my feet here and find my way around,eeep! Feel a bit lost! I only started blogging a few yrs ago i'd never have ventured near no doubt had it not been for fetch (www.fetcheveryone.com) and i've been happily boring people to death on there. But fed up with some people who think they are the blog police and say what we should and shouldn't do/say etc so here i am.

Not today, i did that yesterday! ;) Actually, i *have* been resting this week, no doublers , just running shorter distances to work and bus...
